Shipping Carriers:

ComparaShop will ship most items UPS Ground from a network of warehouses located nationwide for faster service. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Items that cannot ship UPS will ship freight (common carrier).

ComparShop welcomes Off-shore (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands) and APO/FPO customers; however, due to circumstances beyond our control, certain shipping restrictions do apply.  These are noted below. 

UPS Shipping Rates:

ComparaShop offers FREE shipping on orders that are over $149 and weigh less than 150 lbs.  Orders placed that are over 150 lbs. will be charged normal shipping rates.  All orders placed under $149 will be charged normal shipping rates: $7.95 plus $.045 per pound.

A delivery area surcharge of 15% will be added to each item on all offshore deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

A delivery area surcharge of 6% will be added to each item on all APO/FPO deliveries.
Freight Shipping (Common Carrier).

All odd shaped items or items over a certain weight ship via freight. Additional charges may apply. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for freight shipping. We will not ship items with additional shipping charges without your approval.

Estimated Shipping Time:

Orders placed before 5:00 PM in your time zone usually ship the same day (Monday-Friday). Please allow 3-5 Business days for UPS Ground and 4-7 business days for freight.

Returns

Comparashop will gladly reship your merchandise or refund the entire purchase price and delivery charges for damaged or defective merchandise reported within 14 days of shipment. Defective items can be exchanged for an identical item only.  Customer must retain all original packaging.

All other returns (non-defective merchandise) including but not limited to a customer changing their mind or if the incorrect item was ordered are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus original shipping and handling. Certain items are non-returnable due to legal or manufacturer restrictions.  The customer is responsible for original shipping cost of delivery for orders that qualify for free shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
Please call customer service at 800-574-1404 for a Return Authorization code (RA number.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original packaging  (saleable condition) with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code or bar code with all accessories (registration card(s), software, cables, etc…) and manuals in order to receive a full refund.

Furniture:

Furniture that has not been assembled may be returned with the original packaging.  These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of original shipping and handling.  Any assembled furniture and Arrow products cannot be returned.

Electronics:

Electronic items, computers, monitors, PDA’s, digital cameras, projectors, business machines or software can be returned for a refund if the item is in the original, unopened package within 14 days of purchase.   These items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus the cost of original shipping and handling.

Off-shore (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands) & APO / FPO
All merchandise must be returned to ComparaShop at the customer’s expense and is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of original shipping and handling.

In order to process a return you will need to provide us the following information:

1. Your order number
2. Your name and phone number
3. Your e-mail address
4. Item being returned and quantity
5. Condition of the item(s) being returned
6. Reason for return

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number which will be provided by our friendly customer service department at 800-574-1404. Clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the shipping label of your return package. All Packages returned without return numbers will be refused and returned to sender.

To ensure full credit do not write the RA number on the box as this will make your item non-returnable.  Affix a label to the box or packaging with the return authorization number and return shipping address.  Please mail your returned merchandise to the address provided by our friendly customer service department.

We are not liable for lost packages therefore recommend shipping your return merchandise with a carrier that provides proof of delivery. UPS and FedEx provide this. Delivery confirmation from the Post Office is available for a fee.

Call Tag for damaged or defective merchandise:

ComparaShop will gladly pick up damaged or defective merchandise at our own expense via a UPS Call Tag.  If a Call Tag has been issued, UPS will make 3 attempts to pick up. After 3 failed attempts to pick up, the Return Authorization and refund will be cancelled leaving the customer responsible for shipment of merchandise back to our warehouse.

Receiving your refund:

Please allow 15-20 business days, after your return has been received at our warehouse, for the credit to be applied to your account.   You can contact our friendly customer service department to check the status of your refund at any time.
